Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole’s, Uchi, is open in Miami. Chef Cole's signature non-traditional take on Japanese food has delighted guests from around the world since its original location in Austin, Texas since 2003.
Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Uchi was amazing. long menu, but servers are very knowledgeable in making recommendations. small shareable plates, everything was delicious. great quality fish!

I’m a loyal Uchi customer from Texas and I absolutely enjoyed my first experience at Uchi Miami! Kai was an amazing server and loved the recommendations he provided. I would love to go again!
