Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole’s, Uchi, is open in Miami. Chef Cole's signature non-traditional take on Japanese food has delighted guests from around the world since its original location in Austin, Texas since 2003.
Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Uchi is the best restaurant in miami! The food is always amazing and tasty and great prices! Happy hour is a must! I can’t wait for them to open in south beach. The service is always amazing, they remember you and what you like to eat. Love Uchi!

This is our second visit and it was amazing. Javier (our server) was warm, attentive and knowledgeable. We’ve only gone for happy hour, but we always order something off the regular menu. The standouts were the Uchi Salad and the hakanamote. Uchi is definitely a must-visit.

Another great dinner at Uchi. Had family visiting from LA and took them to Uchi which is one of their favorites here in Miami! The food is amazing every bite is magnificent ! Even my not a huge fan of sushi husband ordered seconds of Brussel sprouts and shishito peppers ! Can’t wait to go back soon!

Every time i make it to Miami, my first stop is to Uchi for some omakase , it never disappoints! The dishes all taste so different and unbelievable ! The sushi chefs are fantastic and will ask if you fancy anything , dont be shy and let them know what your likes and dislikes are ! Enjoy !
