The award-winning Uchi, which translated from Japanese means “home,” was first opened in Austin, Texas by James Beard Award winner Chef Tyson Cole. Since then, Cole’s signature non-traditional take on Japanese cuisine has been warmly received by visitors from across the country and around the globe. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Happy hour is great deal and every item on the menu is beautifully presented. I will say our server warmed up a lot more once we started ordering off the main menu.

First time at Uchi and the experience was amazing. Our server was outstanding and took very good care of us on our anniversary. Will definitely come back again.

The wait staff was attentive and quick to respond. We have one family member with celiac disease and one with fish allergies. They were on the ball announcing gluten free dishes and those that had gluten. We all had a great time!

This was our first time eating at Uchi, and it certainly won’t be our last! The entire experience was 10/10. Favorite dishes were the Hama chili and walu walu. Cocktails were also delicious! I’m happy I decided to spend my birthday here!

Simply one of the sexiest dining experiences you can have in Denver (in America, period). Just go. Alone, or with loved ones. Spend the money. You’ll thank yourself later :)

Easily the best sushi in Denver, no question, and arguably one of the best restaurants in Denver. The atmosphere was wonderful. Sake selection is impressive and delicious. We did the 10 course omakase and every dish was perfection. Our only complaint was a few hiccups pacing. Overall it was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary:)
