Service was a bit slow but we all enjoyed our food, except for the special pappardelle pasta with veal ragu was very light on the ragu, like barely any meat

An amazing experience as always. Always greeted with such appreciation. Drinks at bar first a great start to the evening ! From delicious appetizers to main course to desserts and coffee . Each course is better than the next ! They are so appreciative of you patronage. It’s a complete pleasure and addition to Locust Valley. Great party space upstairs too ! All fresh ingredients and made with the heart ! Nothing is overstated or overpriced!

To start we arrived early for our reservation and was greeted with a smile and seated promptly. The owner is from Italy which is where we have spent the last 4 years vacationing different regions of this beautiful country. The server was pleasant and very well versed in the specials of the day. The dishes were authentic Italian from the selection of pizzas, appetizers, salads, pasta dishes and entrees. Their wine selection. Had a variety of fine wines from many regions of Italy. The desert menu was so tempting. They make their own Gelato in house and the stracciatella gelato put the finishing touches on a spectacular meal. The new owners (Capobianco family) were hands on from the moment we arrived to the time we left Making sure EVERYTHING we had met our expectations and personally thanked us for dining at his restaurant !!

Excellent ambiance, food and wine list. Welcoming and lively atmosphere. Andrea is a wonderful host and it’s always a pleasure to dine at this fine restaurant.

While the food was very good,my duck breast was perfectly done, service was uneven, to be charitable. The restaurant needs a maitre d or captain to keep an eye on things. With better pacing and attention to detail, it will be very good.
