Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar at The Waterfront in Vancouver, Wa opened September 26th 2018. This location is a fantastic addition to our expanding group of restaurants with a water theme focus. Located on the shores on the Columbia river in downtown Vancouver, we offer guests the ability to enjoy indoor and outdoor seating where they can view the beautiful sights and sounds of the bustling river park while sipping their favorite cocktail. Our new American menu offers something for everyone, along with an expansive list of Twigs Signature cocktails, local draft beer and wine, great gluten free, vegan, and kids menus, and Fresh Sheet selections featuring local seasonal products that support every region we serve.

Excellent choice for dining with girlfriends. Service was a bit slow, but it was a packed house, so everyone was busy—and it was worth the wait! Thank you! 😁

We love their brunch breakfasts. Especially their classic breakfast and loaded breakfast. Love their potato’s and coffee. Also their Bloody Mary.

Bartender took our order and just forgot us and our food. Waited an hour. He didn’t even apologize or acknowledge he forgot.

Booked a table for my wife's birthday and was very disappointed as the service was not up to par and food was marginal at best, took 15 minutes just to get water and then we only seen our server to bring us drinks/ food and pay the check. Not her fault as she was trying to cover the whole outside section and a section inside. Definitely would expect a better dining experience for the price.

Excellent food and service. Waterfront table requested, and seated someone outside on the patio blocking the view. There were lots of empty tables.

Our food was not good. The restaurant was out of chicken and also the prime rib sandwich so i ordered halibut off the recommendation from our server. My halibut was cold and a really small, thin portion of fish. There were like 10 thin slices of veggies and I substituted rice for a salad and they brought me a 1/2 cup of salad. For 39.00 the mean was not even worth half that price - it was like a kids mean. We told our server that my meal was cold and she said sorry but did not even suggest a way to make it right. The fish n chips were soggy and the batter was thick, very different than lightly breaded as our server suggested. Very disappointing dinner.

Don’t order the Cobb salad. It was fine except the meat was all thin sliced and flavorless.

Nice quiet lunch experience. Round table for five made conversation so easy and friendly. Tabytha was attentive and efficient.
