Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar at The Waterfront in Vancouver, Wa opened September 26th 2018. This location is a fantastic addition to our expanding group of restaurants with a water theme focus. Located on the shores on the Columbia river in downtown Vancouver, we offer guests the ability to enjoy indoor and outdoor seating where they can view the beautiful sights and sounds of the bustling river park while sipping their favorite cocktail. Our new American menu offers something for everyone, along with an expansive list of Twigs Signature cocktails, local draft beer and wine, great gluten free, vegan, and kids menus, and Fresh Sheet selections featuring local seasonal products that support every region we serve.

We booked a table for a birthday celebration. I requested a window table over a week in advance. When we got there they said they didn’t have any window tables so we need to bring crammed at a high top bar table with so/so service. I expect better when I’m Spending $300 for dinner

It was just average. The steaks weren’t cooked well done. The service took a long time. We ordered drinks and it took 30 minutes for them to come out, and the place wasn’t even that busy. Maybe we came on a bad night, but, it was just okay.

Food was excellent except for the hair in the ranch dressing, but that could happen anywhere. Service was not the best. But, the food made it worth trying again.

We live in San Diego, but we come up to Oregon for a few months in the summer. We always make a point of eating at Twigs, either for lunch or dinner, a few times over the summer. We love the place!! Great location, parking available for a modest cost, and close by. The location overlooking the Columba River is fantastic, and the restaurant is next to the river suspension overlook which stretches out over the river. Really cool to see. The food choices are different and are always well prepared. Friendly courteous staff. We will be back many times in the future, and highly recommend this restaurant.

Food wasn't as good as last December (when we took the whole family and it was excellent). Not a lot of choices on the menu so not a great experience. Heard there's a new menu coming out for Fall - hopefully, it will be up to par. Will give it another try later this year.

We ordered a salad with risotto and the pepper salmon. All the food was excellent, but the salad was delivered almost at the same time as the rest of the food, instead of ahead of time as requested, which was somewhat inconvenient. We also had wines and a cocktail, all of which were great. We had hoped to have chocolate torte for dessert, but they were out, and the only other gluten-free option available was creme brulee, which we didn't favor, so we did without dessert. Still, a nice dinner in a beautiful setting.
