Great experience! My friend and I went to TWH on a Friday evening to try out their new menu. The experience we had was top notch from start to finish. Our server and bartender (Parth & Miro) were fantastic - drinks came quickly and were exactly how we ordered (we have creative martini taste haha). The food also came out quickly and was delicious - we will be coming back. Good work, Walper!

Our server Sarah was the best server we have ever had. Not only was she extremely friendly and caring, but she also spoke to us about the meaning of the new menu, a history of the restaurant and let us know about the private room and the accommodations that can occur with this. She even went as far as giving us a tour of the room and her personal recommendations for food! Hands down, best service we've received, and we will definitely be returning because of her (and the great food of course). Thank you, Sarah, you were extremely kind and amazing!

Words can’t even express how impressed I was tonight with the food, service and atmosphere. The food was so good I have been left speechless. Everything was amazing. A friend and I shared a few dishes and every single one was gorgeous.

We were very excited to visit this restaurant. Unfortunately the level of service and quality of food, was not what we were hoping for. We waited for service for everything, even to place a drink order. Part of our food was served cold, and some was way over seasoned. Service was slow in every aspect. It seemed very unorganized. At first it looked like they were short staffed, but there were lot's of people working. Ultimately it was that they were extremely unorganized and the manager really didnt have a graps on what was going on. After the first issue we had, she promised to look after us, and then disappeared. After the problems with our meals she completly vanished. We were really looking forward to this dinner and the night out. The Walper is a special place for us, as we were married there 20 years ago and don't have an opportunity to visit often. We were planning on clebrating our anniversary with a night in the hotel with dinner at the Social Club. Now, I'm pretty sure we'll look for something else to mark the occassion.

Attended an Afternoon Tea event here. The hotel and staff were lovely but this specific event was, overall, disappointing. The menu appeared to have a LOT of grocery store bought items or were haphazardly prepared. There was not an elegance to the presentation. Lots of improvements could be made.

The tofu sandwich was yuck! There was 2 inches of tofu (2 patties stacked + 2 on each layer) and hardly any other toppings. I got a Caesar salad with my tofu sandwich but there were bacon chunks throughout it.
