Exquisite food, very good service. Will come again. Compliments to the chef. We had the 3 course summer a la carte menu with the canapes.

Another fabulous lunch at Twenty Seven! Claire was very welcoming as always. The food was delicious, beautifully presented. Amuse Bouche pea and wasabi velouté with warm brioche was a little extra that we all enjoyed. My stone bass was superbly cooked, crispy skin succulent fish. My friends really enjoyed the beef and the lamb dishes too. A fine dining treat indeed.

Just WOW this restaurant never disappoints a gastronomical delight. Every dish is superb and I love the extras which tantalise your tastebuds. The warm welcome from Julia who was outstanding and a credit to you very knowledgeable, helpful and utterly delightful. The food is outstanding and such good value for money we have visited a few times now and will always come back when we are on the area well done everyone every accolade you have won is so well deserved.

There are more than twenty seven reasons why you should eat at 27 but let’s start at the beginning, on the assumption you’ve never been or even been to Kingsbridge. Kingsbridge is a lovely market town at the end of the Salcombe estuary, and in my living memory, has never had an exceptional restaurant, neither has Salcombe. So Jamie Rogers decides it should, he is after all one of the country’s best chefs. Savour and celebrate him as he really is that good, as is Clare and her team, Julia is a force of nature! Jamie weaves his witchcraft on the best of local produce, local producers really should pay him for showcasing it, and his blackcurrant soufflé really as divine as anything this side west of the Sistine Chapel. The point is though, you really need to go as this truly entrancing space stages one of the best culinary experience in the South West, and believe me, for the quality of food and service, it really is exceptional value.

What a wonderful experience!! We were absolutely blown away by the who thing- the meal was exceptional and the intensity and combination of flavours were brilliant. Service was fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional whilst also being informative and super friendly Overall one of the best tasting menus I’ve had in ages. Thank you.
