Twenty One Steak is Pueblo’s finest restaurant. Start with our spectacular location on the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk, coupled with our skillfully planned and prepared menu, impeccable service and casually elegant atmosphere you can be sure your dining experience will be memorable. Executive Chef Michael Degenhart has immersed himself in creating meals reflecting his vast knowledge and professional favorites. Chef Degenhart has reached out to local purveyors and partnered with vendors offering the highest quality products. Expect only the finest quality beef, fish and other culinary compositions.

For our annual Chili Fest celebration on September 26th, we will be accepting reservations from 1 PM - 5:30 PM, but please contact the restaurant directly to make your reservation. Thank you!

REMINDER: We will spend some time with our families from the 1st to the 4th of January, but we will wait for you with open arms after those days!

A party of 20 was seated by the front entrance when we arrived. When walking to our table, a young woman was breastfeeding without the use of a cover. Both breasts were exposed. This group was loud and intrusive of having any type of conversation. Our waiter could not hear our order, so we asked to be moved. We were given a different table, which allowed us to talk without raising our voices. The noise level continued to be way too high to enjoy a quiet Sunday brunch. Our waiter was apologetic and did what he could to make sure we had a good experience. However, the food was cold and the gravy was too thick and bland. This was our second experience at 21 Steak where the loudness of one party was allowed to upset the dining of others. Please return to having a quiet, tasteful ambiance.

We had brunch for my son‘s birthday and had a good time. The birthday card and muffin with candle was much appreciated! The fried chicken of the chicken and waffles seemed slightly overcooked but everything else was delicious. Kudos to Wil for great service!

The noise level is very good, you can actually carry on a conversation. The wait staff and food are very good.

The ambiance was great. Live acoustic music was being played. They bring you fresh warm bread, which is so good! I highly recommend the riverwalk margarita, very tasty. Appetizers we had wedge salad and beef stew, both were good. For dinner we had filet mignon and Docs Flight of Filet, side potato croquettes. Steak was tender and flavorful, the potato croquettes were out of this world! Highly recommend! The food coming out of the kitchen was super slow. I feel like the server should not have ignored our table like she did. She should’ve kept us up-to-date and checked on us, but I would still come back here. Just make sure you allow for plenty of time. There were plenty of open tables so it’s not like they were slammed.

Always a great experience when we visit 21 steak! Manager has great energy and cares about customers. As well as our server took great care of us. Very thankful for their anniversary card to us and complementary dessert for our wedding anniversary dinner. Yes some will say it’s little pricey but you definitely pay for the quality. If you haven’t tried the prime burger it is a must, that bacon jam really gives that burger a good twist. My wife’s favorite is always Doc’s flight.

Great experience. Host had special table set up for us on anniversary. Our waiter Jerred was on top of it. And the steaks with smashed potatoes was excellent. This will be our special place from now on.
