    we had a wonderful experience with the Chef’s Tasting Menu. you get the best seats to watch chefs while they prepare the amazing dish. we were family of four. The dishes were excellent, offering a perfect pairing with wine. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our kids, especially when some dishes were marinated in wine they provided a substitute. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and took the time to explain each dish in detail, making the evening even more special.

    Excellent service, BBQ plate was good but the hush puppies were a bit too large and dry, "not Palella" was excellent. Great ambiance... we came pre-concert for early dinner and had several close tables with kids which is to be expected at that time of day. Wait staff were attentive to the point of nearly too much but excellent and they were definitely on-task to get us out the door in time for our show. All in all, highly recommend for a great vegetarian and/or vegan dining experience.

    The food was alright, not very good and extremely salty. It didn’t taste much. We got the croquette, raditori, and the not paella and none of them really tasted good. At one point it all tasted the same because it was all so salty it made my tongue burn. Do not get the not paella, it was the worst and the rice was hard not crunchy. Tasted stale and super salty. I don’t think I’d come back. We also had a mocktail that just tasted like old ginger ale.

    Fantastic space and a creative veggie menu. Our waiter was friendly but we would have liked him to provide more information about the menu options. Great place for a special occasion and conveniently right across the street from the Caltrain station.

    Disappointing experience from the food to the service. Server was not familiar with the ingredients in the dishes and couldn’t describe the dishes well (and described one dish using a slur), the entrees were mediocre, and the fried apple pie was drowning in sugar but contained very little apple. Really wanted to like this place but sadly won’t be coming back.

    Our waitress was terrible and inattentive. We also had the tip automatically added in for a group of 6 which seems weird.

    This has become my go-to place for lunch in Burlingame, the menu is a selection of creative yet not overly complicated and very-well executed dishes. Most highly receomended!
