Tuscano is a hidden gem of a restaurant. We have been coming here since it opened, actually even earlier when it was Gino's. I can not say enough positive things about Tuscano's. The food is ALWAYS excellent and on point, and I am originally from New York so a tough critic on Italian food. Jack, the GM, is always super personable and gracious. Cole, the bartender, makes one of the best Old Fashioned's you will ever taste, not to mention and has a local following that says it all. The service is also outstanding, making this place a top choice for us whenever we eat out. Cedar Park needed a great Italian place when this opened and it has BY FAR surpassed our high expectations.

Sarah was a superb waiter. I'll ask for her next time we go to this resturaunt. The dishes she recommended were excellent.

Its value for money and they cook pasta really well. I gave 4 stars as the shrimp we ordered was a bit rubbery but the service was good

Portions are amazing, we usually have a take home bag to enjoy later. The special menus or special events are fun, value and delicious. The food is wonderful with a little TX fusion in the traditional Italian fare.

We had a really wonderful experience! The good was great, service was amazing and prompt, and they were very accommodating for a larger party. Our server Karen we awesome! We'll definitely be returning!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tuscano's Italian Kitchen, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our meal was definitely the Fettuccini alla Alba, which was prepared with a heavenly truffle-infused Alfredo sauce. Each bite was rich and creamy, perfectly coating the delicate fettuccini pasta. I also indulged in their meat lasagna, which was nothing short of outstanding. It had the perfect balance of flavors, and the layers of pasta, seasoned meat, and creamy cheese were just divine! Another delightful surprise was their innovative take on nachos with the Nachos Napoli. These Italian nachos were a fun twist on a classic dish, loaded with delicious toppings that combined the best of both worlds. To top off the meal, we enjoyed a bottle of 1,000 Stories Zinfandel. The wine paired beautifully with everything I had, enhancing the flavors and making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the mood for fantastic Italian cuisine with a creative edge, Tuscano's is the place to go! Highly recommend!

We had a great dining experience for dinner today. Sara was our server today and provided great recommendations. She also mentioned the new items that were featured on the menu. We will request Sara again.
