Good seating and ambiance. Server was courteous and constantly checked if we needed anything. Price is slightly on higher side and small portions but service,seating and ambiance makes up for it. Overall very satisfied and my family enjoyed the lunch.

Andres is an excellent server. Very attentive and the whole experience memorable. Food was very good and the dessert was amazing.

I found it to be extremely expensive for what you ordered. We just had a couple of turkey sandwiches and it was over $50. Plus it was almost empty which should have been a warning.

You can't beat Turtle Jacks on 1/2 price wine nights. French dip and fish and chips were both excellent as usual. Jada was a great server and was pleasant and efficient. Atmosphere on pub side is bright, well spaced tables and large bar. Dining side has more booths, dimmer lighting and, again, tables were well spaced so it is quiet.

I was surprised that they said first that they couldn't use the gift card I had...it was strange. The server was timid and quiet it was hard to hear her, and they couldn't make the raspberry mojitio I wanted to order and no other drink rang a bell for me.

It was great service great food size was big for what you pay from what we see others and are plates. Would recommend.

Returned for our 4th visit. This time for a birthday for a close friend. Our waitress, Jessica was really fantastic, was very pleasant and friendly. She continued to check with us to make sure everything was to our liking and that if there was anything else we would like to have during our meal. We all had something different and all the meals were great. My California sandwich was great and a whole meal by itself, along with the beef barley soup. My wife had the Chicken Fingers and fries which she has had previously and really enjoyed them, and was very impressed with the size of them along with the number you received for her meal. Our friend had their special salad which she said was outstanding and enjoyed every bite. Being a Birthday Reservation we shared a complementary dessert, a chocolate brownie with chocolate and caramel sauce along with ice cream also covered in the sauces. It was amazing and would suggest you have to try it. Would recommend Turtle Jacks for a great meal and wonderful, pleasant service.
