    I appreciate your noise level question. The sandwich was delicious , I should have asked for a knife to make it even smaller. Service was great and friendly. We will be back.👍

    We reserved this for a birthday celebration for a friends 87 year old mother with mobility issues. Overall it was a very pleasant afternoon yea experience. However the service was terrible. We were seated promptly but after 15 minutes of no one acknowledging us or coming to our table I flagged down a server to bring us some waters. I then asked when someone would be over to take our order and was told the server would be over momentarily. After seeing 3 parties that came after a us already served we complained to the hostess. A server did come over to take our order commenting that our actual server was extremely busy and he was just helping out. Our actual server never came over to introduce herself or apologize and we honestly were made to feel like we were a bother. After being seated at 1:00 we finally got our afternoon tea service at 1:50 delivered by our actual server. Things did quiet down and our server was cleaning up two tables next to us and even though it was clear we were done never once asked us if we needed anything else or to clear the very cluttered table or even offer to box anything up. Again we had to flag her down to ask for the bill and some to go containers. We definitely made the most of it but unfortunately the service really affected the overall experience. I would definitely go back but ensure that I have a different server.

    Went with my grown daughter and we both enjoyed the experience. Found it a little pricey but food was delicious and service was friendly and fast, but did not feel rushed at all. I would go again with my daughter or friends for a nice treat.

    Waitress did not introduce herself. We waited for an hour before being served. The reason was that the salad ordered was chopped by hand. I think that’s an unreasonably long time to put together a salad. The majority of people were eating finger foods for the high tea.

    Lovely setting and tasty selections. Good options for vegetarian diners. Nice selection of teas. Lovely girls afternoon outing.

    Beautiful setting. Service was very friendly but annoyingly slow (slow to place order, receive order, receive bill). Food was lovely except cream didn't taste perfectly fresh - not sour, but starting to turn!

    Very slow service, 45-50 minutes waiting for serving just a tea. We reserved table in advance and came on time.
