Mary was our server and she was one of the best we have ever had. She was kind and personable. She engaged in pleasant conversation and was a joy to chat with . Everything was wonderful! We celebrated our 26th anniversary and we plan to make it a tradition from here on out to celebrate at the Ritz:)

Great evening! The food was creative, beautifully presented, and delicious. Mary, Denita, and Olsi went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer our questions about Cleveland. We had avocado cones, textures of beet salad, and casarecce pasta. Each was a truly original take on foods that are in fashion, avoiding the cliches of the day. Beautiful setting, gracious hospitality, creative, delicious food. We will be back!

We attended the thanksgiving dinner and it was outstanding. Our server, Mary was amazing. Earlier in the day, I had drinks and an appetizer at the bar and again, both were incredible. Lauren, my server, was great and very friendly.

Paid over $30 to park to overpay for mediocre food , service and ambience. Bill came to about $350 for two people before the tip.
