We dine here often for lunch but have never had breakfast and it was delicious! Great variety and very nice servers.

The new chef has really reduced the offerings on the menu. Missing a lot of my favorites like the tuna salad. That’s too bad.

A perfect venue for a very cold night and going to the Cav's game. It allowed us to park in Tower City and stay indoors to eat and then go to the game. The restaurant is nice. We sat at the bar and the server was very nice. The food was fine and certainly better and no more money than if we tried to eat at Rocket Mortgage.

This was our monthly ladies night out. From our entrance to our exit, the service was superb. Mary was our server and she was absolutely AMAZING!! The food was great and the ambiance made for a perfect evening of girl talk. This was our first time there, but we’ll definitely revisit.

Service was great. Kitchen struggled to get my steak cooked properly but everyone was very nice and they took it off of the check.

Let me start by saying I have certain expectations of any Ritz property and am used to having them met or exceeded, so while I'm not rating this experience highly, we still enjoyed it overall. From arrival to being seated, the friendly staff set the welcoming tone I love about the Ritz brand. However, the restaurant staff were stretched pretty thin. It's a small space and didn't feel full but once seated we were only aware of one bartender, one primary server, and one server helping with drinks, bread, and table-clearing (plus one person, possibly a manager, who sometimes delivered food to tables). As a result, we spent quite a bit of time waiting throughout the meal and our interactions with the primary server sometimes felt rushed. Having exchanged messages about vegan options through the OpenTable interface with the Ritz in advance, I was surprised that our server hadn't been informed of a vegan member of our party (or at least she didn't say anything about it), but she was knowledgeable about the menu and I was well provided for. I had made our reservation based on their special Christmas Eve set menu, and while the food was good, it wasn't quite as advertised. I think our biggest disappointment (as a family that enjoys dessert) was that the Christmas Eve menu was described on the Cleveland Ritz's own website as ending with "Candy Cane Profiteroles and Warm Chocolate Sauce. Enjoy our special Christmas Night dessert action station featuring Yule Logs in various flavors." Instead, our server explained that the only dessert for the set menu was a yule log with Kahlua ganache, which was entirely unappealing to my dad, who was paying for dinner. We asked about the other options we'd expected and the server seemed unaware of them and was not particularly apologetic, though she did offer alternatives. In a nutshell, I don't think I'd even have suggested this meal to my parents, let alone booked it, had the description of the meal been accurate.
