    Absolutely loved everything! Came to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough! The complimentary bread and tea to start and finish was such a lovely touch which made the experience even better. The food was delicious and the waiters were lovely. No complaints at all.

    Amazing, couldn’t fault a single thing. We were very looked after and the place looked amazing! We left very full and happy and it didn’t break the bank :)

    Our food was delicious even though the restaurant was busy we didn’t wait long for our food the staff were so friendly and polite and helpful we were going cinema after and when we arrived we were a bit worried we would have to wait as the restaurant was really busy but we got our food at a reasonable time

    A great experience with great food and service, I liked the fact they give cacık and salad as starters on the house and they even gave baklava on the house after our meal. Definitely worth a visit

    We had an amazing family experience in Turkuaz yesterday. This was our first visit since they took over the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, tasty, and made from top-quality ingredients. The portion of the sharer we went for was generous enough for 5 adults. The Turkish shiraz recommended to us by one of the male staff who we sadly didn't get his name was so delicious. Our daughters thoroughly enjoyed their cocktails and our grandson, who is normally picky with his food ate all his chicken with rice and broccoli. The icing on the cake was Vanessa's amazing customer service, which was out of this world! She was 110% attentive and recommended some excellent food choices to us. She is definitely an asset to the team at Turkuaz. She makes you feel welcomed in the Turkuaz home. Well done to the entire team on duty too as they all made our first experience at this beautifully refurbished restaurant unforgettable. We will be back again and we hope this restaurant keeps up these high standards.

    The food was delicious with great portion sizes. The restaurant was decorated well and the ambience good but was let down by the shocking service. We pre-booked our table but when we got there had to wait for 15mins as they didn't actually have a table available for us. Our food took a while to come out and service was extremely slow to the point where we waited so long for our dessert order to be taken we gave up and just asked for the bill. We were also given another tables bill half way through our main course. I would go again as maybe a one off but service definitely needs improvement.
