Once you step foot in this place you will feel that you have been transported direct to the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. The donor kebabs are highly sought after, as is the Turkish coffee for lunch. We had an assortment of mezzes - all terrific; followed by 2 very good desserts (also shared). It's a great way to eat at Turkish Cuisine, filling but not uncomfortable.

We (4 of us) had lunch on a Saturday. The place was fairly empty and seems to be more of a pre-theater spot, so we had lots of attention. The waitress was very friendly and made good recommendations for dishes. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. Every dish was delicious and fresh!

Went to Turkish cuisine for the 4th time last night before a broadway show. It has the warmest service of any restaurant I’ve been to and the food is always delicious.

Always a special time to dine at TC! The staff, the owner, very “Mom & Pop” in the best way possible. The service, friendliness, cozy atmosphere and the genuine Turkish food are all excellent! Go and ENJOY!

Had a grilled branzino which is always delicious at this restaurant, I have had it many times. Salads are tasty, everything is very fresh. The main room was full and too noisy, so last night we sat in the garden in the back. It was ok but the main room is better when it's not full of noisy people. I will continue to go back, I love the food.

Service could have been better, especially with an added 20% gratuity added to our party of seven. The place was busy, but water glasses needed to be refilled without asking, and then waiting for, plates for the pita and dip should have been provided. More than one small basket of pita too should have been provided, or at least offered for our party of 7. If only the server showed as much enthusiasm with these issues, as she did when the meal was over and it came time to push the overly praised deserts on us. The food and ambiance are great in spite of the poor service.

We came quite late so the place was empty, can't tell how it is when busy. We'll start with the good, we had lamb chops and they were cooked to perfection. the accompanying salad was nothing to write home about, the french fries were crispy as they should be. The hummus we had as starters was far from what we expected. Tasted more like manufactured. We were offered the lamb chops as a special, but were not given the price tag. It turned out to be 40% more expensive than the other entrees on the menu. While, as said, we had a quiet time and the food was good, we felt that transition of information should have been more forthcoming.
