Tupelo Honey is a revival of Southern food and traditions rooted in the Carolina Mountains we call home. Steps from historic Denver Union Station, we craft brunches, lunches and suppers that bring family and friends around the table and allow for conversations and cocktails to linger longer than usual. Always scratch-made, always responsibly-soured, and always Southern.

Reservations are strongly recommended, and we will accommodate walk-ins where possible. All guests with pets must be sat outside. Our Patio is north-facing and weather dependent, please call the restaurant ahead of time to inquire whether the patio is open or not.

Experience the magic of Appalachia through our Sorghum Pork Bowl and Apple-achian Shine-tini! With the help of culinary experts in the region, our executive chef has created the quintessential Appalachian dinner. The Sorghum Pork Bowl features pork confit wrapped in Benton’s Country Ham prosciutto, served over a bed of stone-ground goat cheese grits and a bean medley with spinach and bacon. Over top is a sweet-but-savory sorghum black pepper glaze, popped sorghum, and a sprinkle of chives. This dish will fill your belly and warm your spirit! Don't forget to wet your whistle with our Apple-achian Shine-tini, featuring Ole Smoky Apple Pie Moonshine. These Appalachian-inspired dishes are available for a limited time only.

Excellent food from start to finish! The drinks were fantastic. I love the Fresh and so Green Green! My kids love this place too. We are from the Springs and we went to a show yesterday and followed with dinner at Tupelo Honey to finish the night. Perfect!

Excellent food! Everything we ordered was delicious - shrimp and grits, biscuits, rosemary Parmesan crispy potatoes, chicken tenders. Good and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Best Chicken and Waffles ever, but I also love that they have healthy non fried options that are really good. We took some first timers and they really loved it too!

Had a reservation and was seated promptly. Our Server Cici took a few minutes to get to us which is fine as I needed time to decide what I wanted. We Ordered an appetizer ( the fried green tomatoes) and two entrees. Food took a while to come out even though they weren’t that busy at the time. when it finally did come out, she brought out our app and about 30 seconds later the entrees and she said sorry it’s coming out at the same time. We said it was ok (not knowing what we were about to find out) the appetizer was nice and hot, but our entrees were cold. So I’m totally assuming here because I’m a server myself, but seems like the server forgot to ring in our appetizer and remembered after the entrees were ready to be served, decided to let them sit there and get cold instead of bringing them to us and explaining her mistake. I’d much rather get my entrees while they’re hot and be asked if I’d still like my appetizer or if I’d just like to cancel the app and enjoy my entrees. We would have opted to eat our entrees hot and wait for the app to be cooked and brought to us. The server gave us our food and never came back to ask how everything was tasting or if everything was ok. again, I’m assuming she knew she messed up and didn’t want to take accountability so she avoided us. The fried green tomatoes were decent, the batter needed to be seasoned more it was bland but the goat cheese sauce helped a little. My avocado toast was lackluster and bland and it didn’t help that it was cold so wasn’t able to enjoy it anyway, my husband ordered the fried chicken and biscuits and said the chicken was very flavorful but so cold that it wasn’t enjoyable either. She finally came over after we were a little over halfway done eating our entrees only to ask if my husband wanted more coffee. Then never came back till it was time to drop the check. Overall food was ok, southern food is supposed to be full of flavor and seasonings, 2 out of 3 things ordered were ok. Service was terrible.

The food was delicious. I got the fried chicken and Brussels sprouts. The service was wonderful and it was a great experience. I will definitely be back again.

After arriving in Denver earlier than expected, my husband and I were in need of some comforting Southern food, and having dined at Tupelo Honey in North Carolina before, we knew this would be the perfect spot. We were not disappointed! From the moment we sat down, our waiter made our experience exceptional. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, offering spot-on recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. His thoughtfulness really stood out when he suggested we kick off my husband's birthday celebration with their famous banana pudding! If you're looking for comforting Southern dishes and outstanding service, Tupelo Honey in Denver is a must!

Super tasty fried chicken: tender, juicy, and crispy skin. The drink was also delicious. Of course the biscuits for a cause is the dish needed to be mentioned too!
