Kitchen closes at 11pm Sunday-Thursday, Bar is open until 12am.
12am Friday & Saturday, Bar is open until 2am on these nights.

I had made dinner reservations for a birthday and first time being there. Restaurant was not empty. The waiter was great and very apologetic for the issue in the kitchen. There was only one cook, food took longer than expected. I had to ask why the delay on food coming out. I was told it will come out soon after waiting another 15min for the food. one if my guess who was Vegan ask for a salad. The salad was brought out wrong plus part of her dinner order was missing. The rice that came out with the meals was cold. Management didn't come to the table to apologize. Only the waiter did. Some of the food was remove since we got it wrong or never came out till we said we did not want. Place inside nice very poor service when it comes to the kitchen. Not sure I will be coming back

The place has really nice decor but the food sucks. The starter chips were stale, some of the drinks on the menu weren’t available. All the food came out at different times even though the place was empty. When the food came out it was cold and just didn’t seem good quality. The steak in the tacos was super dry and over cooked, definitely not worth $6 a taco. We ordered a few items on the menu and nothing was outstanding, even the Guac was bland. I wish I read the reviews prior of going, i would’ve have saved the disappointment and money.

This place shoould be removed from Opentable! We went for Mother’s Day, surprisingly the restaurant was not full, there were only a few tables and a good number of servers, our server was very polite and hospitable. Chips were brought to our table promptly, drinks were ordered and followed immediately by our food order. Appetizer was brought and then disaster begun to show. The steak fajita was brought to the table but it was chicken instead, oops, no problem, brought back to the kitchen and returned in the form if dry meat, just dry. One hour passed and two items were still missing, again, place is not busy. Noticed that loud background music, R-rated with explicit f-bombs words, the cond@m got broke, and so on.. yes, there are children and pre-teens at tables, I am with 3 underage children: asked server to change music, it was change with Bad Bunny music… back to the rest of order, the carne asada was bot coming, rest of table was almost done, when I asked server to cancel my order, booom, manager show up with order, sorry too late. Same old excuses I now see here in comments: lack of help in the kitchen, blah, blah, excuses. The most disastrous dining experience of my life. OpenTable, you should not have this place in your list.

Taco Tuesday Bust. My bf and I went for Taco Tuesday and was completely disappointed by the food provided. Our waitress was good but the food was not it. Chips served were clearly stale and the salsa was refurbished. We ordered appetizers he had the “street corn” which was 2 teaspoons full, they provided a sauce with it that was extremely salty to the point it could not be digested. I had fried rice and cheese balls which was ok. ( nothing write home about). Based on the online flyer their selection showed at least 6 varieties for meat option for their Taco Tuesday selection, THANK GOD I ask cause we were only informed 3 the unseasoned dry chicken, overly salted chorizo, Taco Bell ground beef. The tacos were extremely soggy to the point it was falling apart and our waitress had to bring out extra tortillas for us I’ve never been so overwhelmed by a restaurant before they were more focused on the theatric of the restaurant and not on a proper food. I have no intentions on returning to this restaurant, for a Taco Tuesday vibe or any other vibe. I’ve included the flyer on their site since they do not include it on any of their menus and provide you with only 3 options for their Taco Tuesday selection

I would not recommend this place to have a good time. I made RSVP for a Sat @ 8:15 for a party 6 to celebrate my 46th Bday. The place deco was nice but the worse experience and the worse time. First impression is the host, there was no one there to greet you, there was someone with a camera ready to make money from the pic she was going to take but didn't have the personality to greet us and say (someone will be with you shortly) after 5 min waiting with the an empty restaurant, I walked in the dinner area and if we wait to be seated or seat ourselves. She put us in back corner booth for 20 min there was no service with an empty restaurant no menu or water for 40 minutes. After bringing this matter to the manager attention his response was he was too busy taking care of the walk in to attend to our reservation and concerns. He stated he was understaff and too busy, (how is that the customer concern?) The worse experience and I would not go back.

Where to start. Pros: ice tea was good, plaintain cups were tasty, liked their complimentary chips Cons: server called us all “hon”, only have Coke or Diet Coke for sodas, my friend wanted a margarita, but with no fruit or seeds in it, explain that to the server, yet still got a drink filled with seeds. bad beer selection. The worst part, I ordered the Pollo ala Plancha which is my favorite dish in another local Mexican place because it’s so juicy and flavorful. What I got was four grilled chicken tenders that tasted like burnt grill. I had to ask the server to clear the table from the appetizers as our food was being place down. I asked for more of the avocado Crema sauce that comes smeared on the side, but that didn’t even really have any flavor, but at least made it a tiny bit moist where I can get a couple pieces down and help hide the bitter burnt to taste. After a couple tries of eating it, I gave up. When it was time to pay, the server announced that do the local change a policy that any credit card tips get polled and taxed, but cash he gets to keep so he would prefer that. I’ve never heard such a ridiculous proclamation from server, and it’s really none of our business how he gets paid, nor should that be part of our dining experience. But one of the other guests decided to change their method of payment as he suggested, and paid cash. Well the server needed change and took it to the bar. Guess what, no Bar til! So they have no change. What restaurant doesn’t have a basic $200 drawer behind the bar?? Manager just standing back there doing nothing about it. you think he would come over and apologize. I get better food and service at chipotle which is surprising for a restaurant with the word prime in it. It should really be called “Tulum we do the minimum”. Do not waste your money or time!!

This was my first time there and the food was amazing. I asked the waiter for her opinion and she was on point with the choice of even when it came to the drink choice. lol she even handed me my phone that I almost left. I can’t remember her name but I know it start with a K because that’s all I heard( I might’ve been a little bit tipsy). I know she said she been there for 3 weeks at the time. S/O to her.

I had a reservation to celebrate my birthday with 8 people at 6:30 on Saturday night. When we showed up there was only 1 table there who ordered drinks only, no food. That should've been our first red flag. We were the only table in the restaurant and they didn't have our table set up and ready for our party when we arrived. Right away the waitress told us they were out of: guacamole, pineapple, Enchiladas, and the street corn. This seemed odd to be out of so much food on a Saturday night when we were the only people there trying to eat but we tried to keep going anyway. When we tried to order the corn soup they suddenly were out of that as well. We tried to order the Stuffed Plantain Cups with shredded chicken and they all of a sudden were out of shredded chicken. We asked for it to be made with grilled chicken sense we didn't wat beef and they said no they couldn't do that. At this point we decided we had to leave and go elsewhere to eat because this place had no food. I had made this reservation a week in advance so they knew they'd have at least 8 people to feed. It was only 6:30 on a Saturday night when they claim to be open until 10. Once we decided to leave they didn't say anything to us other than, "sorry, but these circumstances are beyond our control." I've worked at restaurants for many years, when we were out of food we would send people to buy more. There was no excuse. There were 2 hostesses, 2 servers, a bartender, a manager and a buss boy that we saw. Why have all that staff with no food or customers? The decor was beautiful and the drinks were good (thank god) but overall there is no way this place survives much longer. I'm wondering if there was even a chef on premises or if they were trying to get away with premade frozen items they mostly ran out of. I was very disappointed. Luckily, we were able to get in at El Mariachi's which is always a 10/10.
