FAQ’s:
1) Are kids allowed? Yes, before 9PM. Must be 21+ after 9PM. Please note: we do not have highchairs or kids menus.
2) What parking options are available? We are located on a very popular street in Buckhead that offers: 3rd party valet and public parking. We highly encourage ride-share!
3) What’s the largest table size available? Parties of 7 OR more are considered a large party and require "large party form".
4) Are walk-ins ok? Yes, but we do prioritize reservations first. Bar and patio seating is first come first served and all walk-ins will be put on a waitlist for standard seating.
5) Do you have hookah? NO.
6)When do the fire dancers perform? Thursday through Sunday from 8PM to 11PM.

We were seated at 7:50p for an 8:00p reservation, someone didn't come and see us for another 15 minutes just to even get us water. When we did get water, one of the glasses had leftover tequila in it and had clearly not been cleaned properly (could taste the difference between the two water cups). We pointed it out when a server came by, and she mentioned she'd take care of it and get us another water cup. We put in a drink order (which she didn't ask us if we needed anything) just to get started. After another 15 minutes where we still did not get our drinks or the water cup replaced, we decided to leave as it was clear service would be an issue and we were unlikely to be served in a timely fashion.

Food just OK. Restaurant is not enforcing the dress code so many patrons look trashy instead of classy.

Our experience at Tulum was unforgettable. My daughter had a great time celebrating her 16th birthday. The service was above and beyond. Our server made sure to describe the dishes to my daughter and her friends and give recommendations that they all are so glad he recommended. The fire dancer was amazing the girls were in awe the entire time. The spots within the restaurant to take pictures were so nice the girls really enjoyed that and posting to their social media. They did recommend there be different lighting for those picture spots though. Overall, the girls loved the vibe and experience. We will definitely be coming back.

The staff was friendly. Our server,Andre, was awesome. The atmosphere was very nice. The drinks were good! Our food was cold, but they were accommodating.

We had a reservation at 8:45 PM and we were there at 8:45 PM. But we got our table at 9:30 PM. We overheard staff saying some customers are occupying seats for 3 hours plus. i felt it was very unorganized and needs more from the management. Food was good And decent drinks untill the dessert came. Tres leches cake was horrible and we had to return after 2 bites. It didn't taste anything like a tres leches. Our server was very friendly. Overall, I will not come back to this place and definitely not living up to the reviews.
