Meaning “balance” in Sanskrit, TULĀ combines global influences from the Mediterranean and Asian regions with a plant-forward philosophy. Inspired by the Blue Zones, TULĀ’s menu follows the 70/30 principle, comprising 70% plant-based ingredients and 30% animal protein. This four-course dinner is curated by Executive Chef Simon Apollonio to expertly pair nutritious dishes with the deep, rich flavors of Macallan's carefully crafted single malts. The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Intense Arabica is the second edition in the limited annual release series. The range continues to explore the innovative art of using organic by-products in it's packaging. This dinner event starts with a Macallan-led toast at 5:30pm, followed by the four-course seated dinner at 6:00pm.

Gorgeous, spacious dining room, with stunning oceanfront views. Jenny -my server -was thoughtful- explaining the menu well and paid attention to details with my choices for a late breakfast. The avocado toast and smoothie she suggested were delicious. The place settings -flatware, plates, all so pretty. This hotel has it all - restaurant, spa, fitness, wellness - everything is just a masterpiece of perfection.

Tula was excellent. Our server Kirk went above and beyond to have an addition to the Eggplant Rollatani dish which was fabulous. The Spaghetti Squash appetizer was delicious. The Grouper entree was cooked to perfection and adding the side of black rice was perfect. To top it off the Pistachio Baklava dessert was great, although small for two people. Get two! Sure, it is a bit pricy but the setting and view made it worth it. Enjoy!

Limited menu and couldn’t order things from prefix menu …. Not fully opened til October didn’t know wouldn’t have gone. Place is very pretty on the water. Great views, but extremely overpriced

Tula has the potential to be a very good upscale dining restaurant, but in my opinion it is a very limited menu which it doesn’t allow them to capitalize on getting top scale with the mature pallet clientele.

Our fist time at Tulā was amazing! Kirk, our server, was so kind and attentive! The food and atmosphere was amazing! We had the best experience and will be back ASAP! Cannot recommend enough.
