    Great hotel wished we had stayed there when we lived in WA state. Hotel and restaurant staff are the best!!! Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the contract paving and road painting people out front on Friday August 30th around 2pm. Poor road painting signage for cars to follow, very rude and upsetting to many guests out front hotel when we and others were checking in. Strongly suggest you use another company as it was the chatter across the hotel (and deserved). Hotel security was great once they became aware of the issue and saw the very poor signage and attitude of one of the workers.

    Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my sister and her husband for their anniversary. Everything was perfect.

    This was our friend groups first dining experience here. We ordered calamari for our appetizer. It was cooked perfectly, but lacked seasoning. The tiny cup of chunky tomato sauce should be replaced with a creamy pesto, in my opinion. Two guests wanted lasagna, but was not available. We ordered the pappedli pasta, a chicken Parm, and meatball pasta. The pappedli pasta was swimming in a cream sauce. Flavor wise, everything was lacking seasoning and salt. The dish tastes a lot better the next day as a leftover. With a small menu I would expect, especially the pasta, to be perfect. Our waitress, Diana, was excellent and very attentive to our table. Our birthday cannolis were a nice treat to end the dinner. Overall, we enjoyed the ambience and experience.

    This was my third visit since reopening and second in a week. The food is fabulous WHEN it finally leaves the kitchen. We had both a 5:30 and 5:45 reservation so that we could make our concerts. The second visit, upon ordering, I asked the server to please put our order in and make sure there were no holds between courses. We were served salad first then our appetizer (felt completely backwards), also had bread and had finished our crafted cocktails and still, we waited from that point over 45 minutes for our main course. The server kept coming out and apologizing and as I looked around the restaurant there was not one table (not one!) that had food on their tables. Finally one couple got their meals and I saw she asked for the tab right away. About 10 minutes later ours was brought out by the manager. We both ordered lasagna and my portion was two and a half times larger than my daughter's. The manager apologized for the wait and comped our main courses . We took a few bites and asked for to-go boxes and our tab. Unfortunately, what started out a wonderful experience on day 2 of reopening has turned into yet another catastrophic dining experience. It seemed morale was very low and by watching the kitchen staff, there has to be some kind of problem with meal prep because they cannot put out a main course. I honestly mentioned to my daughter that I felt like we were sitting in Hell's kitchen waiting for Gordon Ramsey to slam his fist down on the table and demand everyone to leave the restaurant. Please do better and figure out what it takes to get morale up and food to the patrons in a timely manner.

    We ordered Chicken Fettuccini and another dish Parpedelli with peas with Caesar salads. the salads were so small and high priced but tasted good. The chicken fettuccine had so much butter we put the spoon in it and within two minutes it was filled with liquid butter. There was no pasta to speak of in the fettuccini it was like a stew. The second dish had more pasta but was chewy and very greasy. We asked for more bread with another extra dash of balsamic but we were told they would have to charge us for another drop of balsamic the ratio was a dish of oil to one drop of balsamic. Not good. The service by Diana was outstanding but she had to constantly apologize for the quality of our dishes. The chef came out and said it should have never left the kitchen we did not eat it so they credited the dish It was my birthday they had no desert for the birthday person. This experience was not good at all The Cadillac Margarita I ordered was outstanding!! The Host was very nice when we arrived and when we left. This restaurant we will not go back to because they need time to train the Chef or cooks. They need training time. These dishes are a basic sauce recipe and you can make a horrible sauce if you do not use the correct ratio of ingredients. It had good flavor just needs to be adjusted. Get back to basics. We are Italian I make sauce all the time. It’s not hard at all. I do not understand why a manager never came to our table nor do I understand why the server has so little control as not having extra drop of balsamic put into the oil but can bring out as much bread as you want. I feel like this restaurant needs time to figure it out. Diana the server , the Bartender , and the Host were outstanding.

    They have a limited menu. We ordered food at 745 and didn’t arrive till 840. Food was blah not compared to 2020

    The waitress was exceptional. However, menu was limited from what you see online. Steak was just OK, have had better. Blackfish is way above in food grade, dining experience. Hope they step up their game.

    Great server! Nice welcoming greeting. Best part of the meal was the bread service. The entire table couldn’t believe how good it was! Pasta was good as well.Steaks were a bit disappointing. One guests was over Cooked in one side and good in the other. I had the wagyu it wasn’t a very good cut. Lots of unchewable “grizzle”. Both mine and a guest steaks were supposed to have marrow butter on them. Not sure if they did but it was not recognizable. Steaks were ok but for $50 a steak we expected much better
