Our waitress Maddy was outstanding. The food was delicious and the ambience was amazing. Great place to eat great service.

Don’t go here! First, the address they list isn’t right. So we ended thinking we were going 2 miles to dinner when it turned out to be 8 miles. We are in the Bahamas where they have the nicest people on the planet… except we found the one bitter person. The prices are not even remotely in par with the restaurant or the food. So over priced and nothing special at all. Then, when we were done with our dinner, rather than bring the dessert menu, our waitress brought our bill…. Apparently she had somewhere to be. I wouldn’t waste your time or money here.

I am very sorry you feel this way and did not have a good experience. TUGA is accurately mapped on Google Maps and our Website. Fell free to tell us exactly how and what you were using to not have an accurate location! As for dinner, our waitress is mentioned often with 5 stars so perhaps it was an off day and we are terribly sorry for that. We appreciate your honest review. Our prices are at par with every restaurant in the area in the Bahamas however every client has their own budget. Hopefully you can let us make it up to you next time you are in the Bahamas. I promise you our food is on point so give us a chance to redeem ourselves next time!

The entree was great, octopus!!! And the main plate could serve 2!!! The desert was also great!!

The sushi was cold,rice they used was old and hard,our shrimp was roar had to take it back to cook! And I ordered 8spup and I asked for a soup spoon it took forever to reach and I ate all the soup using a fork and spoon never reached. Service was bad and food was worse and it was my first time there and it was extremely disappointing 😞 😑

The food was excellent, everything we got was great! The mojitos were a bit too sweet but ok otherwise. Water is not complimentary so just remember that. Overall this was a nice experience.

I absolutely enjoyed myself at TUGA. I went to celebrate my birthday. I tried the pork belly and roasted potatoes. The food came out hot, steamy and freshly prepared. The staff welcomed me with birthday greetings at the door. My bartender was very welcoming. He Had great knowledge of the menu items. And they played my favorite song before I left. I’ll be back soon!!!

Hi, I am not sure what kind of review this is. We have already explained to you. All credit card companies work the same. Just like when you pre-authorize for 100$ gas, then fill your tank with 80$. Your initial charge is held for initial charge, then you added additional tip on top which is called an adjustment. The Bank cancels the first hold, and charges the second one. This is standard practice by every single bank around the world. We have told you to wait until Monday or Tuesday so you can see the initial hold clear. To rate a restaurant 1 star on a common practice of a credit card terminal is extremely unfair.
