Le Tucci's de se targue d'offrir des produits bio (quand cela est possible) les plus raffinés et les plus frais dans un menu aux diverses cultures. Outre son menu tenu par un chef, il est également réputé pour sa carte des vins exceptionnelle. Abritant plus de 250 bouteilles dans sa cave, le Tucci's vient d'ajouter un système de vin Enomatic qui vous permet de goûter 2, 4 ou 6 verres de 16 vins différents maximum, habituellement non disponibles au verre.     I specifically asked if Turkey club has any bacon in it. Server said no, after I eat 2 bites I noticed there is a lot of bacon in it. I called him, he said he told the kitchen no bacon but I guess they put it anyways… .He took my plate away ,never ask for another sandwich or anything else. It was my friends birthday they comp the desert but I left hungry…I was Very disappointed ..

    The overall experience at Tucci’s was phenomenal. One of the best places I could have picked for me and my girlfriend’s one year anniversary. The food was very tasty and drinks were good as well. While a little pricey, it was 100% worth the experience. The band was lovely, our server Sue offered great service. We had an issue arise and the manager was more than happy to make it right and take care of us. We will be going back here plenty of times in the future. This restaurant deservers higher praise! Props to the entire crew!

    We arrived with a group of 10 as we booked our reservation for 10. This dinner is an annual dinner we plan months in advance to get together with friends we see 1-2 times a year. We arrived and the hostess told us they split our reservation into two separate tables. I’m sorry you don’t make a reservation to sit at two different tables when you rarely get to see the people you’re dining with. She claimed it was because we didn’t “confirm” our reservation and i explained that i tried to call and confirm the reservation but couldn’t get past the AI bot to speak with a hostess. We all ended up squeezing into a small booth. The hostess was rude. The food was average at best. And it was extremely hot in the restaurant or perhaps it was hot because we had to squeeze into a booth to dine together. We wanted to try something new and heard great things about this place. Never going back.

We attempted to contact you about the seating arrangement when your party size increased from 6 to 10. Our AI system kept the original 6-person reservation, and although we seated you at two nearby tables, we understand how this wasn’t ideal. We also apologize for the difficulty you had reaching us. We take your feedback seriously and will improve our communication. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide a better experience next time.
