upscale casual dining at its best...food always delicious and expertly presented and served. Wait staff on top of game and the setting is marvelous. Food reasonably priced for what you receive. Not your typical hamptons overpriced restaurant. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife had a wonderful time. Our servers name was Madison and she was so nice and welcoming. It’s such a beautiful spot. The food was fantastic. We had a great time. Can’t wait to come back.

The seafood tower is always a winner for 2 for lunch or dinner or 4 as a starter. The salmon was served well not medium as requested. The rose wine by the glass was disappointing. The servers as pleasant and accommodating.

I've been going to Trumpets for almost 25 years and it's always been one of my favorite restaurants. I've taken my wife there many times and also numerous friends and colleagues from work. It has a beautiful view of the bay and the food has always been wonder. I've almost always gotten the crab cakes, which I considered very good (and coming from Maryland, we know crab cakes !). However, this time they were extremely disappointing. They were literally 90% bread crumbs with only tiny pieces of crab and were also burned on the bottom. My wife got the shrimp tempura, which was good, but the shrimp themselves lacked a lot of flavor. We politely pointed this out to the manager who said she would speak to the chef about it. I thought he would come out to show his concern but he never did. After paying the bill, I asked the manager again and she said she spoke to the chef and he said the crab cakes contained plenty of crab and that was the end of it. I strongly beg to differ and I had physical evidence to the contrary. Something had definitely changed and no one there seemed to care about what I thought was positive feedback. Unfortunately we seemed to have lost one of our favorite restaurants, and while this saddens me greatly, we won't be going back there any time soon.

The service, the bay view and food are excellent! We enjoyed fresh crispy salad and fish dishes. Deserts of blueberry pie and gluten free crème brûlée were great. Our guests love to come here with us.

Such an incredible experience!! We had a lovely lunch at this beautiful restaurant on the water. The hostess treated us with warmth, the wait staff were friendly and gave the perfect amount of attention. Everything we ordered was delicious- baked clams, lamb, ahi tuna, the lobster ravioli special, and dessert. Walking by the water after dinner completed our experience. Lombardi’s on the Bay used to be my favorite restaurant… not anymore!!
