Le Trummer's on Main est l'endroit où la modernité de la ville de New York se mélange au charme historique. Les propriétaires Stefan et Victoria Trummer usent de leur vaste expérience en restauration et de leur passion pour la petite ville de Clifton afin de vous offrir une expérience culinaire unique. Le chef, Austin Fausett, ayant également été à la tête de la cuisine du The Inn at Little Washington, offre aux clients du Trummer's on Main une variété d'options comprenant des bouchées et des plats réconfortants à déguster au bar, un menu à la carte en salle à manger ou le fameux menu de dégustation du chef. Beautiful environment in the dining room but as far as the food, not as impressive. We live nearby and hoped it would be better than our previous experience there but we do much tastier salmon at home. The cheesecake dessert looked good but again, we can make a much better one at home. Venison steak was tasty, probably the best dish we had. Overall, disappointing especially for Valentine’s Day dinner out.

Wonderful venue for a birthday celebration. The fixed Valentine’s Day menu was superb and the service was excellent. A great meal and great choice.

I disovered Trummers quite by accident when I looking for Truffle Fries for my son. We found Trummers, and the fries and their chicken were outstanding. That's when I knew I had to bring my wife here for Valentine's Day. And Trummers did not disappoint! That meal was the best we've had since moving to Virginia. If you are having trouble finding great food, service, and atmosphere, I can't rave about Trummers enough.

Trummer's always has the most unique menus in this area. The chef always seems to find the perfect blend of flavors to make truly wonderful items, whether it's an appetizer, entree or dessert. They also have a great choice of wines and the bar downstairs is also very nice. It's a great place to take that special person for a beautiful evening. Yes, it's expensive, but well worth it.

Huge shoutout to Mike - he’s the best and an added reason to return to Trummer’s. While all options are fantastic, Mike always helps us find the best with his great insight into the nuances of all the flavors - from the food to the wine - he always provides recommendations that beat expectations!

Food quality was excellent, but the cavatelli was a small portion for the $30 price, but so delicious I would order it again. Staff were all excellent. A perfect place if you have way too much money or you want to celebrate a special event.
