Contemporary, cool and inventive, it has been fashioned by legendary Connecticut restaurateur Richard Rosenthal and executive chef and partner, Chris Torla. Custom. Progressive cross-cultural dishes offer variations of familiar food from around the world. The menu features a collection of tasters, tapas, tequila as well as larger plates and entrées. A new focus on agave spirits has brought new excitement to the restaurant.

Excellent food, a great server (Daniel) and relaxing atmosphere. A great way to finish the day after a matinee at the Bushnell.

Trumbull Kitchen was a great choice for a pre-theater evening meal. The service was outstanding and food was great. The specials were enticing and we liked the ambiance. Get there early to find parking, but otherwise easy to reserve a table and enjoy a meal before or after your weekend plans.

Service was good but we were rushed. Cocktail drinks should have been served together, not minutes apart.

The food was fantastic. Hangar steak with shitake mushrooms in a soy caramel sauce was so delicious and the streak was cooked perfect. The other dish we had was the braised beef short rib in a fig mole. The short rib and fig mole was the perfect marriage so tender and delicious. Our waiter Chris was very attentive and personable.

Trumbull Kitchen never disappoints. The staff are courteous and out waitress Barbara was nothing short of amazing.

The food and service was excellent. Dishes are very flavorful. Our server was very attentive.

Way way way too noisy, due to crowds and base noises played by restaurant- disturbing, prevented normal conversation.

One of the best meals I have eaten at Trumbull. The salmon was absolutely delicious. My husband loved his fish tacos. Great server.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the general manager Megan who had a wonderful table for us. The cocktails were very good and all of us enjoyed our appetizers & dinner. Fun place to eat before or after a show.
