Service incredibly slow. There to celebrate a 40th Wedding Anniversary, requested 1 of 3 booths and were not seated in any of them but were seated next to a family with 3 loud children. Drinks took forever to get. Love Truluck’s but worst experience we have had there ever.

We went for our 26th wedding anniversary and the whole staff made it special. Food was amazing and a great selection of drinks. Will definitely eat here again.

We have dined here several times before and were really looking forward to it as the service and food has always been top notch. However, this experience was very disappointing! Our waitress was only interested in her two 4 party and 8 party tables she had. She couldn’t have cared about her three 2-party tables. She kept her back to the smaller tables when she would turn and leave the bigger tables. Our drinks took about 20 minutes, we had finished our appetizer by 10-15 minutes before we could get her attention to order our dinner and a 2nd round of drinks. The entire experience the remainder of the night was not any better. Looking over at the other 2-party tables, it wasn’t just us that were disappointed and frustrated. I understand they were busy, but you could obviously see where her focus was. Very disappointing.

We have been to Truluck’s many times but last night we had dinner there and were very disappointed. There were 4 of us and all of our food came out cold. The restaurant was very busy but Truluck’s is a very nice, expensive restaurant. They should be able to handle a big crowd and present you with delicious food. Our waitperson was very helpful and the manager did only charge us for half of the bill which we appreciated.
