    Was not sure if it was an off night but terrible experience. Staff forgot us and we sat for over an hour trying to order entree. The appetizer was not what the waitress informed us of what it was going to be. Ruined our anniversary

    What an amazing meal and service! Jordan was our waiter-catered to very special request went above and beyond! He was sheer perfection. The shrimp were huge succulent and very unique! The jumbo crab claws were insane-meaty pre cracked and delicious. The oysters from PEI were decadent and the perfect start. The only thing I could change- is the caviar is served with potato chips-ugh no. Please get belinis to serve with it. This is so minor but few places have caviar so it’s a shame! The chef offered to make toast-amazing service! The experience was perfect and hands down best in dfw for seafood!

    A completely enjoyable experience. Our waiter, Christian, remembered us from our last time there and the service he offered was beyond superb. We very much enjoyed our beautifully prepared meal and the wine list was extensive and had one of my hard-to-find favorites. This is one great place to eat and enjoy an evening out.

    The noise level is too high in our opinion and I would suggest they install noise cancelling panels on the ceiling.

    Nice dining room, bad food and horrible management. Too many better steakhouses in Plano to visit here again. This location is a huge disappointment. Sad as we have been Trulucks diners for a long time. Never again!

    It was an Awesome experience!! From the moment we walked in up until we departed we felt at home. The Server Santiago was like none other, very polite and detailed in customer service. He did outstanding. I have been to other locations but going forward the PLANO location would be preferred.
