I had been looking forward to this restaurant for years, but my experience was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the service was unwelcoming. The valet rudely refused to park my car because it was "too big." Inside, the hostess made me wait 15 minutes only to seat me outside on the terrace—far from the ambiance I had reserved for. When I requested to sit indoors, I was told there were no available tables until 9 PM, even though I arrived at 8 PM. Trying to make the best of it, my partner and I waited at the bar, spending about $80 on drinks. At 9 PM, I checked again, only to be told I had to wait another 30 minutes. Frustrated, I finally accepted an outdoor table—only to be placed right next to the valet parking. That was the last straw. I walked out. For a restaurant that markets itself as high-end, the disorganization, lack of hospitality, and complete disregard for guests were shocking. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a true fine dining experience.

My husband and I were celebrating Valentine's Day and our 50th wedding anniversary. We did not have a good evening because I was upset that book outdoor seating. The noise from the traffic was unbearable. The front staff were extremely professional and tried to accommodate us but couldn't. I ordered Crab Fried Rice. I did not like it. My husband ordered the Snapper Pontchartrain. He said it was okay, but he won't order it again because the sauce is too sweet. Our server was above The ambiance inside the restaurant was festive and entertaining, which, made me feel left out. We plan to revisit Truly cos and experience their great menu.

This is a beautiful restaurant where the food is great and the service is impeccable. We have eaten here many times and we have never been disappointed.

The service is OUTSTANDING! Jose (Joey) was so knowledgeable of the menu and so very kind. People like him make you want to come back, not just for the food!

Went with kids and sat outside so as not to be disruptive and had an amazing experience. Outdoor patio area was very relaxing and quiet with background music. Sebastian our server was very attentive and gave us a very thorough with and their specials for the day! Was rounded on by management—Jason, Alexei and Mick, very professional! Wine recommended by Jesus was delicious— make sure to ask for him before you order your wine! We had everything from crab cakes, to kid’s cheeseburger sliders to scallops, filet, and lobster! All around lovely night and delicious dinner!!! Will definitely come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is about my sixth time visiting this establishment, as usual their service is on point the food is excellent. Went for my wife’s birthday, they had the table with some decorations, even had a birthday card. Our Server was Paola, she was super profesional And very attentive to our needs. One of the managers Jason also came by our table a few times to check up on us.

As always when we visit this restaurant, the food, atmosphere and service are absolutely exceptional. Our server, Tamara, was so attentive and friendly. A favorite restaurant by far. Looking forward to our next visit.
