We miss having Truluck’s in our home town of San Diego And it was great having Stone Crab at the Fort Lauderdale location again . Jason and his team have top notch service here and the food as usual at a Trulucks was amazing .

What a great addition to Fort Lauderdale dining scene. . Went for the Tru92 dinner. The regular menu has small portion options, but that dinner has the regular size portions. Good deal. Great service. My dad’s 98 birthday celebration and they were great about it. Classy atmosphere. Get something that needs to be flambé. It’s fun.

Fine dining experience in casual beachside setting. Can get very busy, need reservations. Star is pristine seafood. Excellent stone crab claws a specialty. Multiple other choices available. Tasty tuna tartare appetizer. King crab served both hot and cold. Very flavorful lobster thermidor (had 1/2 lobster add-on). Very creative cocktails both taste and visual effects (bubbling Voila).

After reading a number of reviews on Trulucks Fort Lauderdale, including some not so complimentary, we were a little hesitant to dine here. But, contrary to some of the negative reviews, our experience was simply outstanding. The atmosphere, decor, lighting and even the waitstaff uniforms all added up to a wonderful setting. The lighted menus were unique and just great! Our waiter, Drew, was obviously exceptionally well-trained and well-suited to his position. My wife had a margarita, good but a bit average. I had their special Manhattan which was excellent. We both had the petit size fish dish, branzino for me and sea bass for her. Both excellent with beautiful presentation. The regular size chocolate cake was HUGE! Should have had the petit size of that, too! Overall, an exceptional dining experience.

Went there for my birthday and it was amazing! I arrived to the table, there was a birthday card waiting for me. If you are wondering what you should have.. Lobster bisque is amazing! King crab is to die for. The staff and the manager are really friendly. Would definitely come back ☺️
