Juan Carlos was an excellent server who had the perfect balance between service and giving my wife and I space to enjoy the ambience and atmosphere which was very well done. We had drinks at the bar after and my wife asked for a napkin; they brought her a hot towel. Little things like that really set the experience apart. The bar area was really well done and a nice atmosphere. Wish it had live music like the one in Naples that would have been perfect.

The greeting team led by Ms Lena were extraordinary…immediately greeting us as we entered—professional, efficient and very warm & friendly. Food was superb enhanced by a bottle of Bollinger. As we were leaving Ms Lena and team did same as we made reservations for one week later— thanks for a truly great experience!

The service, location, everything about it was great except the food. It. Was ok nothing special, king crab wasn’t filled with meat, steak was ok. I won’t go back.

Had an amazing experience to celebrate our anniversary. The Truluck’s team made sure it was a special night. Jessica ensured my reservation requests were met. Amber provided phenomenal service. And though I missed the call, I truly appreciate the outreach afterwards from Rick that our expectations were met. Cant wait to return!

We had a perfect meal. Sat out front in the shade overlooking the ocean. Stone crab claws were sweet, meaty, and cold. Shrimp cocktail, plump and juicy. Lobster bisque, best ever. Entrees, delightful. Wine was cold and delicious and my glass was never empty. Matthew our server made the best experience even better. GM came over and checked on us. Managing partner called the following day to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. THE CARROT CAKE IS THE BEST THING EVER. We went back the next night and got it again. Loved it all!

Came in to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. From the start both hostess’ were patient as we determined whether or not we would sit outside or inside as this was our first time dining here. Our server Renee was very knowledgeable and personable, and made good drink and food suggestions. We really enjoyed our meals as well. We started with the lobster bisque which was delicious and had a good portion of lobster. For entrees we had the Blue Crab Stuffed Lobster Tail and the Snapper Pontchartrain. Both were very tasty, the only thing I’d say is the the mashed potatoes and asparagus were just ok. Not deal a deal breaker but we’d probably try to change the side next time. Overall, would recommend Trulucks and look forward to going back.
