I love TruFire. Tonight was not their best. Waiter was disinterested in serving. Good was just “ok”. Really hope this was just an off night…..

The food was excellent. Was a table with 4 people and we had a variety. My only complaint and reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was with their drinks. Wife and I ordered dirty martinis. We asked for "extra" dirty. Honestly not sure what we ended up with. The color of the drink was blood orange and there was a spicey almost cinnamon taste to it. Very odd for a simple extra dirty martini. We returned them and just stuck with our water. Another person in our group has the blueberry mule and the drink was full of diced up blueberries. Another odd drink by the bartender. Description on the drink menu did not mention it having diced up fruit. Guess a drink and meal in one. We will still come back because the food was so good and will know to ask more questions or be more direct on our drink expectations/order.

We always sit at the bar or near the bar. Bar waitress are the best, always checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. The food at TruFire cannot be bet. Always tasty and served to perfection.

the Argentian verlasso salmon was delicious and the accompanying side was very good as well. One of my companions had the ahi tuna and was a little disappointed. It looked overdone. The mac with truffle was delicious as well as the rib eye sandwich.
