The food was AMAZING!!! Best wings I’ve ever had (42yo) and I wish they bottled the blue cheese, delicious!! My husband had fish and chips, also delicious. The restaurant is right beside of a walkway without full proper walls, so there is noise from the walking traffic and the adjacent food court. The food makes up for that though!!! Overall wonderful experience!!!

Beef Wellington melted in my mouth. Lobster bisque was incredible.

Service was very slow. They forgot multiple things. Took 10 mins just to welcome us to our table. We went to celebrate my birthday. No one said “Happy Birthday”, no celebration desert. Soup was good. For a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, I am very disappointed.

I really enjoy going to GR restaurants, but this one disappointed me. I came here because of its name, Truffles Pub, expecting food with truffles, chandon and draft beer. However, the salmon looked and tasted like a microwaved caeser salad, overly salty, and the lobster bisque was the only decent item. This I would not recommend

Small menu done perfectly. There are classic Ramsey dishes and they execute. The Wagyu burger is awesome.

The restaurant has high ceilings and you can see the hotel corridor of people walking by. The noise level was high. While our meals were flavorful, my Sunday Roast was a bit cold and included 2 inches of butcher twine on the plate. Luckily I did not ingest it. My wife had the sweet and sour dish and enjoyed the peaches added for flavor. The cseaser salad was plentiful to share and delicious. The open noisy space was the biggest turn off for me.

Real nice atmosphere , comfy seating, great service. Food was very good , crabcake, burger , truffle fries. Would like a better choice of tequila, it was ok what was offered.

While this is on a casino property I still expected much more for the price especially in a Gordon Ramsey branded property. Simple to cook a steak to the right level of doneness , especially when paying $65 for one , expectation is that a steak should be cooked correctly. I do it at home. but still messed it up on both orders. Manager and server apologized and came out later , but seems whole staff needs to be trained if customers pay this price. I have seen Gordon excoriate restaurants for this quality of food and service as nothing but simple apologies and recommendation for me to eat mine before it got cold while my guest was still waiting for hers to return. Disappointed

So excited to finally try out Gordon Ramsey’s food! The seating was perfect. He has amazing taste in atmosphere and decor. The food was FANTASTIC! We got to try the famous beef Wellington that we have always seen on Hell’s Kitchen and it was fantastic! We were so so so happy and very pleased. Thank you for having us! I LOVE YOU GORDON RAMSEY!!!
