True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our West Palm Beach guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. Ambiance, Service, Great Food, True Food Kitchen has it all. The vibe here is like an upscale green spa, very relaxing even though you are in a very busy restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Vegans and vegetarians will love this place, upscale & creative food that tastes great. They do have entrees for meat and fish eaters also. We had the non alcoholic margarita and lavender matcha. Next time, I would order the margarita shaken with ice and served without it. The edamame dumpling appetizer is so unique, served in a broth and scented with truffle oil. Charred cauliflower has middle eastern spices, pistachios and dates. Our entree, ancient grain bowl had the most delicious pistachio pesto on it and the miso glazed sweet potatoes are a cannot stop eating yummy. This is a restaurant that will accommodate special diets, allergies and gluten free. It is all about tasty health here. Our service was spot on and all around a great experience. We look forward to trying more of the menu.

Great meal, great service! We had a large group and everyone could hear each other. All were happy with their food! And the restaurant handled food allergies with ease.

Once again staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food also as usual was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. Go and you will not be sorry.

When we arrived I asked to sit outside and the hostess looked annoyed and told me she had already preset the floor plans for the night and took us to the very back. We waited so long for our food that I asked it be boxed up because the kids were just done. When my mother in law asked for plates to be removed the same hostess told my mom she was welcome to bus her own table.

The service staff is friendly but they need more staff to help clear dirty plates.

Ther server was overwhelmed with a large party and left us in a lurch. The food is eh. Not impressed. The chicken salad barely had chicken and large pieces of something that were to difficult to eat. The pancakes looked like they had already been chewed. Don’t need to go back.

I’ve been to TFK in 3 different cities. Great healthy, menu and service in all 3. Like that it’s adjacent to City Place Center.
