True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Dining outside would of been much better. Felt cramped. Took about 15 plus minutes after we sat down and didn’t get any water parched. Portions were small for the tenderloin/mashed pototoe with cheese option. I should have went to Texas road house or longhorn for steak.

Food was AWESOME as usual. Dione took care of us, and she was SPECTACULAR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant.

We had a 6:15 reservation for 10 people and didn’t get our food until almost 8pm. The server brought 2 waters for a table of 10! When I asked for more she gave me a dirty look. The beverages (not water) took 30 minutes!! The restaurant was not busy at all yet they had 1-2 servers total. Very poorly ran and all they had to say was sorry. Will not be going back!! Very rude customer service!!

True Good Kitchen in West Palm offers a great variety of farm to table menu options. As someone with celiac who has to be very careful when dining out , I take great comfort in the GF menu at True Food and the attention to detail offered by the staff.

Food was delicious. Service was great. Indoors was too cold with high air conditioning so we sat outside. There was live music in CityPlace which was loud….we were going to the Kravis Center so it was very convenient. I’d definitely go again, but check their concert schedule as it was hard to hear the conversation.
