Service from JC (Juan Carlos) was very good & attentive. Food was surprisingly mediocre, as my partner has been here & liked it several times. The roll on the burger was cold, the Caesar kale salads’ dressing had no taste (& the taste wasn’t at all caesar-like), & the glass of red wine had evidently been open awhile, & had turned vinegary.

when I arrived, the restaurant was empty only three other tables. I waited like 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order or give me water. I went to the hostess and told her that nobody was at my table. She went in the back for what seemed like over five minutes and came back I asked her where the waiter is and she said she'll be coming soon, I waited another five or six minutes before the waitress came over with a glass of water. The glass was dirty. I asked for the manager because I was feeling very uncomfortable and upset. The manager came over and wanted to alleviate any stress or anxiety. I had so she herself waited on me. I ordered chips as an appetizer. The chips were stale, and the guac was watery. I didn't want to complain so I just didn't contain them home my food arrives and the plate was very hot. However, my food was just lukewarm. It was lasagna incidentally it was served to me by the head chef. Again, I did not want to complain, but it makes me assume that since the plate was hot, and the food was lukewarm. It was reheated rather than made to order Used to love this place and go all the time in West Palm and Boca. I believe in this kind of food and ambience. However, the last time I went in March 2024, it was a horrible experience so bad that the manager actually gave me a $25 gift card and beg me to come back again as they were having an off night I have been coming back, but I decided to try it and used my $25 gift card. I did wind up tipping the manager because her service was impeccable. However I am very disappointed that this had to come to me asking for a manager that the chips were stale, and that my food was lukewarm . too bad experiences back to back leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Had a delicious dinner. The cauliflower appetizer, spaghetti squash and meatloaf were flavorful. Very attentive service by our waitress, Kai!

Very poor service from the moment we walked in the door with our reservation. Hostess was clueless and frazzled, server was forgetful and it took 30 minutes for her to remember to place the appetizer order after a reminder, than my entree was forgotten completely after another 30 minutes but my lunch partner got hers. We were very underwhelmed, and surprised because our previous experience was delightful. Food is very good but did not make up for the extremely poor service. The only thing that saves this restaurant, is their location, with lots of foot traffic.

The kitchen and our waiter were slow. The food is OK and on the bright side it is very healthy. I can't say that I loved my French dip because instead of eating roast beef they made it with pot roast. But that was my choice I suppose when I ordered it. The hummus is a little bit too strong seasonings and it needs to be ground up better. Nevertheless, for the money it's a fair deal! At least when I don't feel like I'm being ripped off which I appreciate

This place is so special. Whether you have food allergies/sensitivities or not, it is scrumptious!! And you know it’s high quality, nutrient dense food. Loved everything and our waiter was a delight :)
