True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Tuscan Kale Salad with Grilled Sustainable Salmon. Regardless of the occasion, we know our West Palm Beach guests leave feeling energized, satisfied and most importantly, feeling great. Food was good, but service was abominable. Our waitress took 15 minutes to get our drinks because she was also tending bar. Then food took forever. She didn’t bring it, someone else did. She didn’t check back until we were done eating. We asked for the check and boxes. She left to tend bar again then gossip with some other staff before finally bringing them to us. Very disappointing. She had no care for serving us. The last time we visited was July 2023 and we had a terrible experience, so we waited long before giving it another shot. A manager had reached out via email in 2023, offering us a free meal, but we did not take the offer because we had waited so long. Ironically, we were sat in the same exact table. Once again, we were completely dissatisfied. There were so many staff there tonight and the restaurant was rather empty, yet we were left feeling unimportant and forgotten.

They did a great job with such a large group. The service was on top of things and the food came out fantastic as usual

The restaurant itself is nice however for the price it’s not a lot of food and my steak came out cold. We did have great service.
