True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Once again staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food also as usual was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. Go and you will not be sorry.

When we arrived I asked to sit outside and the hostess looked annoyed and told me she had already preset the floor plans for the night and took us to the very back. We waited so long for our food that I asked it be boxed up because the kids were just done. When my mother in law asked for plates to be removed the same hostess told my mom she was welcome to bus her own table.

Ther server was overwhelmed with a large party and left us in a lurch. The food is eh. Not impressed. The chicken salad barely had chicken and large pieces of something that were to difficult to eat. The pancakes looked like they had already been chewed. Don’t need to go back.

I’ve been to TFK in 3 different cities. Great healthy, menu and service in all 3. Like that it’s adjacent to City Place Center.

The service was terrible. We sat for 20 minutes. No one came to us, so I had to go inside and request service. Then we finally got a server who was the worst. We ordered food. The food was terrible. Taco shells could not even be cut with a knife it was chewy. The quality of the food was terrible so we had to send it back. And order something else. the service just kept getting worse and worse throughout our time. Each time we ordered a drink, it would take forever because I think the server forgot to put it in. Even the water we had to request multiple times for the table. Not sure what’s going on at this restaurant, but it was never like this. I will never go back. it was the worst experience ever.

I eat at my own local true food in Denver and also Chicago frequently and love it. I never send food back but not only did I send my steak back once, but I just gave up on the one they redid. It was inedible. Worst food I’ve ever had. They made it right by taking my steak off the check, but they should’ve compensated more. I will never go back to this true food.
