I have eaten at True Foods in Dallas Texas over 10+ times and the food is always delicious. The service is top notch and professional. I was disappointed in the new Raleigh location. Maybe it's because they are new - but I was expecting more.

Delicious brussel sprouts appetizer. Air fried chicken was tasty. Burger was above average. Rice bowl was flavorful. Excellent service from Chantelle!

Very disappointed in the experience. Pros: ingredients are fresh and ginger drink was great. Cons: improper labeling, wasn’t clear that the dressing for the Chinese chicken salad was spicy. Sent it back to be remade with no dressing. Remake took a long time and then came out missing ingredients. Had to go to the server for replacement silverware. Server, while nice, was so busy at the bar that I needed to get his attention for assistance. This is not an inexpensive restaurant and while the menu looks great, our experience indicated that the value is not there.

Waiter forgot to put in kids order, kept disappearing for long periods of time.

First time dinner and my family and I were blown away by the menu, quality ingredients, value, and ambience of this place. Our service was outstanding. Daniel was very attentive and had great personality. I am in service business myself and often get disappointed with service at restaurants. This place will be my go to restaurant in Raleigh from now on.

I was underwhelmed with the food. They were completely out of their signature air fryer chicken, and the grilled chicken portion they replaced it with was tiny and unsatisfactory. I was expecting more from this well known restaurant. Server was good but service was slow.

True Kitchen provided a unique dining experience for me. In search of something new in the Raleigh area, I discovered a gem. I enjoyed lunch, and both the service and the meal were exceptional. I highly recommend trying the Air Fried Chicken Tenders with Hot Honey sauce and the Kale Salad. Additionally, I suggest requesting professional server Alex for an excellent experience.
