We love True Food Kitchen. Everything is delicious and made from healthy, nutritious ingredients. It’s also a great value for the money. The service is excellent. They’re very accommodating of allergies, etc.

Place is good, liked the interiors and service, however food is overpriced for what they offer, menu is also limited. There’s better options for healthy food and less pricey

My husband and I frequently order for take out from True Food. This week we decided to go in for dinner. We started with cocktails for happy hour as well as the Dip Duo for an appetizer. The Dip Duo was excellent and really filling. The cocktails were well priced. We both got a Summer Porch Tea which was just perfect. And then followed on with an Old Fashion. Both exceptional. I especially love the Summer Porch Tea, very light and refreshing! Our meal was delicious as always. He had the Korean Noodle Bowl with salmon. I had the Teriyaki Bowl with tofu. Both meals were delicious and the ingredients were fresh. My husband always wishes there was more! Our waitress was very attentive and really on mark. She made our experience relaxed and very enjoyable. She came back 3 or four times to check on us, but wasn’t overly intrusive. I wish I could recall her name to praise her publicly but I don’t recall. The ambiance isn’t as good as everything else, but not a reason to discourage going there for a meal. It’s not a fancy, posh atmosphere. The seating is a little uncomfortable if you have a chair as they are smaller seats and metal. It’s very lively because everything is metal, concrete or wood. Seating is a little close to your neighbors and you have to speak louder to converse. All in all, we had a delicious dinner and very good drinks. We will always order take out, because the food is just delicious.

Food not as good as it used to be. Also very expensive! a plain dinner for 4 $250. Would rather go to Capital Grille or something similar.

Had a great dinner with Robin as our server. She was great and made sure all our needs were taken care of. I really recommend True Foods in west Legacy for either lunch or dinner.

Amazing food! We had the charred cauliflower for appetizer and the trout with quinoa as our entree; both were outstanding!!!! The Rose Sangria was delicious!!!!
