It was busy, but we were seated very quickly and in a semi-private area. The food service was quick and friendly.

The food quality is unmatched. I appreciate that I can count on their ingredients to be healthy and pure. Drew was my server and she was enthusiastic, honest, and on top of it in terms of efficiency and service. 10/10 experience and the new air friend chicken is the stuff dreams are made of.

We really enjoyed the seasonal dinner last night! So many delicious new items! Our favorites were the chicken sliders, the focaccia with honey butter, the chicken Parmesan, the steak with cheesy mashed potatoes, and the peanut butter/chocolate tart bite. Oh! And the margarita flight! We’re looking forward to trying the new brunch items this weekend!

We were so excited that the chopped salad is back on the menu. We ordered 2 for dinner. The dressing was watery and tasteless, the apples were also tasteless… as is they had been frozen. There was minimal farro, cranberries, cheddar, and almonds on the salad. Very disappointing.

Met a friend for lunch at the Biltmore True Foods. It was crowded & noisy. Thankfully I had reservations. We both had salads & thoroughly enjoyed them. Servings were generous & neither of us were able to finish them. Not that I didn’t try. It was delicious, but a lot of food. Serving staff was hustling and trying to cover everyone. Attentive without over the top or ignoring. Just right. Overall, a good lunch. Just wish I didn’t have to yell across the table to be heard.

Service was good. Drinks as well. I ordered their new "fried" chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. The chicken was flavorful, not what I would call "fried" but still good. The gluten free bun was one of the worst I have ever had. It was dry, and crumbly and just fell apart. You can do better please get a different brand, you have MANY gluten free guests that frequent your restaurants!

Wanted to sit outside to avoid the LOUD inside environment for a business lunch. Had misters outside (PHX SUMMER...a must). But one patron on the patio didn't like the misters coming into her space, so the shades were brought down to accommodate her...and therefore made it VERY UNCOMFORTABLE for everyone else VERY QUICKLY. We finally asked that the shades be lifted to allow for the misters and breeze to come back in...a least a little. And our waitress did accommodate. Frankly, if someone isn't happy with sitting outside with a misting system, then maybe THAT patron should be moved inside....not to make it miserable for EVERYONE else on the patio. Thank you.
