My favorite restaurant. Service and food normally very good. Interior Noise level on bar side very loud. Management: you've done a great job with almost everything. High marks, but please put decorative foam panels in ceiling or back wall?

I always love TFK! It’s so nice outside but inside makes me go deaf it’s so loud. Don’t sit by the kitchen or Bar. We LOVE outside! Delish food and drinks

We always enjoy the lively vibe of True Food Kitchen and the vegetarian food selections are great! Had the Salmon Citrus Salad (without the orange glaze on the salmon which is a bit sweet for me) and it was delicious. The squash pie is definitely a keeper each fall season! Our server Kevin was amazing - personable, attentive despite how busy he was. The place was hopping! My partner and I are foodies and we always go back to True Food!

Today’s visit was to meet up with a few of our high school friends we haven’t seen for a while. I have requested to be seated indoor when I made the reservation but we were seated outside which was alright since the weather was not as hot. The hostess was very attentive and seated us right away. It was quite noisy but I supposed it’s to be expected since we sat outside. Food was good, I ordered the avocado toast from the brunch menu, my husband ordered the Korean noodle bowl. Mine was good , the egg was cooked just right but the salad needed a bit more dressings. For the price I believe the portion was a bit small. My husband enjoyed the Korean noodle bowl, the clear noodles were cooked al dente and the right amount of spices. We had the squash pie and chocolate cookies with vanilla ice cream. Both were delicious, the pie was creamy and the chocolate cookie was quite rich and went well with the ice cream. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the food, we will come back again .

Great "vibes" and interesting food choices from a wide variety of offerings. Pleasant staff and overall a "happy place" to be. Lively, yet sufficiently relaxes for a quiet and enjoyable meal. Outside is a bit more sanguine (and quiet) than indoors. Though our first visit, we're eager to return!

I have been to True Food many times in the last few years and been very pleased. The food the last two times were most disappointing. Both the butternut squash soup and the spaghetti squash with cheese topping were very disappointing. I hope to return one more time and the food returns to its former high standards.

The restaurant was clearly understaffed. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to our table to take drink orders. While the service staff was friendly, they were stretched thin with too many tables to manage. After we ordered, our server returned 10 minutes later to inform us that the first choice entree for two of us was sold out. She provided menus so we could choose again, and five minutes later, we learned that our second choices were also unavailable. Ultimately, two of us settled on our third choice. One dish was fine, but the other came from their "choose three" menu and consisted of a small, overcooked chicken breast, dried-out sweet potatoes, and overly sweet teriyaki sauce. Overall it was a disappointing experience, especially given the prices charged for such small portions and poor quality on the "choose three" option. This is the third time that we've been to True Food and it always seems to be a very uneven experience.
