Waitress spilled a coffee on my friends Versace bag and her child at the table and did not apologize. It took four asks to get a round of water for the table. Breakfast hash tasted terrible and we never were asked how we were doing during entire meal. I’ll never be back again. Terrible service

Great Food! Always impressed with the seasonal menu (Fall menu is a favorite with squash and all!) My all-time favorite is the Grain Bowl! Yummmm 🤩🤩

We had a large group of 10 and met for birthday dinner at 5pm on a Sunday. Our server was attentive and we all agreed we received great service. It was my first time at True Food and I really enjoyed my gluten free Korean noodle bowl. It was so yummy! The menu also had vegan and vegetarian options. Will definitely go back!

The new recipe for the Brussels sprouts was amazing. Better than the original line several years ago. The plant double cheeseburger cooked crispy is a favorite of our! Our server was outstanding!!! For all the years we’ve been coming to eat at True Food, our server today was number #1. She had command of her tables and gave everyone the best service. She checked on us and got our food out all at the right times. Enjoyed today all around!

I have been going to True Food Kitchen for years and usually it’s good but sometimes it isn’t. The last time I went, it was not. We were a party of 5 and although I made reservations, are table wasn’t ready and we had to wait for about 10mins. Our server seemed distracted even though the restaurant wasn’t as packed as I’ve usually seen it. Our table didn’t get any silverware until we got our food even though I ordered an appetizer that we ended up eating with our hands. I ordered the salmon and it was still raw in the middle. I had also asked for the roasted brussel sprouts and instead he brought me sweet potato. By the time we finished and were ready to pay the check our waiter took 20mins to pick up the bill even though by then the restaurant was nearly empty, he stopped by and said, oops - sorry I almost forgot. I’ve define have had better food and service at True Food, but lately it seems both have been going down hill. It’s frustrating to spend $$ on food and service that are below what is promised. I believe True Food should assess their bottlenecks and customer base, realizing that what they promise to deliver, should be what they actually do. Clean food, good service, and no seed oils! I asked the waiter what oil the veggies(which were actually sweet potato’s) were cooked in and he said “grape seed oil”, I asked if the could cook make food in avocado oils and he said they didn’t have it. Every restaurant has a bad day, let’s not make a habit of it True Food, I expected more.

Value is kind of everything, and I agree with you completely. We also do cook with seed oils, so I'm a little surprised our team member said we did!
