I absolutely love True Food Kitchen and go quite often as it never disappoints! Last night we went for the fall menu preview tasting event and I would definitely book again for the next season (if you continue to do these preview events)! The ambience of this location is great, the staff are always friendly, and the food always makes me feel good!

We always love True Foods and go there regularly. This prepaid fall tasting menu was an outstanding value and really fun. Really hope that they do more of these events. The new grapefruit margarita on their Fall Menu is to die for!

We have a mini family gathering (10) with an infant and two dogs. It's a lot to throw at a server and she did great. The food is good and the place is casual and fun. I would meet the family there anytime. I had the tuna poke bowl, which was excellent!

The food here is an anomaly. It’s healthy but it tastes really good. The service was also excellent. I had the Original Chicken Sandwich with a simple green salad. The homemade pickles and “awesome sauce “ really complimented the air fried chicken. My wife had the Wild-Caught Tuna Poke Bowl. She said it was delicious. She really liked how the black rice and avocado perfectly with the very fresh tasting tuna. We topped off the meal with their Blueberry Crumble Sundae, substituting the real ice cream for vegan ice cream. What a surprise! The vegan ice cream tasted incredible. Other than having run out of our first choice for an entree and first choice for a dessert, we were quite pleased with our dining experience.

Great vibe at this local eatery. Love the vegan double cheeseburger cooked crispy! And the guac appetizer is a pleaser. We have that a lot. Also have had the edamame dumplings which are my all time favorite and the chopped salad (all vegetarian). The salmon citrus salad is really good too! The trout is awesome. Love their squash pie, a summer favorite.

We had an enjoyable dinner with our group of eight. We had previously set a 7pm Friday reservation for our group, which we changed at the last minute to 6pm with a quick call to the restaurant. A flexibility and accommodation that our group greatly appreciated.

We usually have a great experience at Pasadena True Food, but last night we were very disappointed. The kids’ meal hummus with rainbow carrots: the carrots were massive, crudely chopped into three huge chucks that our grandkids could hardly get their little fingers around, and they were not rainbow - just the plain, old orange. The grilled chicken was overcooked, dry, and cold. However, our server removed the charge for the chicken from our bill. Hopefully, last night was just a one-off anomaly.
