I have eaten here a handful of times and enjoyed every meal. So delicious, so healthy! My only issue is that the noise level is high when the restaurant is full, but that is more a personal limitation than anything critical of the restaurant.

Food and service were excellent. It’s very loud inside, hard to hear everyone at the table. Noise echos. Other than that, everything else was great!

We’ve been regular visitors to True Kitchen for its amazing food, but recently, the service quality has noticeably declined. During our visit today, we specifically requested a gluten-free and lactose-free pizza. While the server acknowledged this, they failed to mention the pizza was extremely spicy—an important detail given our dietary restrictions. We had to order an another pizza, with no compensation offered as she acknowledged we can’t eat it due it is super spiciness. To make matters worse, the server brought the check without asking, didn’t even bothered if we wanted dessert, making the experience feel rushed and dismissive. friendly, attentive service we once enjoyed seems to be missing. While the food is still excellent.

True food is my go to when in the area and anywhere they might be. The food is always deliciously prepared. Portions are great service is always on point. I can’t wait to be back again.

The food is excellent and so many healthy options for everyone. It’s a bit pricey for lunch and service was nothing to write home about. Coffee was lukewarm and had to wait to get cream and by the time it got there coffee was cold. Food was also on the lukewarm side in regard to temperature. Service was surprisingly slow considering the place was less than 50% capacity. It will be a while before we return.

We needed gluten free choices as well as dairy free choices ~ this restaurant had those options and the food was delicious. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. We have been there before and will enjoy going again.
