Another fantastic meal at True Food! We usually eat out on weekends, so the happy hour menu was a nice surprise for our drinks and appetizer. The roasted butternut squash pizza was amazing. This time I added mushrooms. Yum! My daughter loved her chicken parmesan. One wish: please bring back the chicken sausage. I always got it on my pizza. But everything else was perfect.

I’m not sure what’s happened to True Food. We ate on the patio and had to ask 3 times for the fans to be turned down. Service was slow, and it took our food a very long time to come out. 3 of our 4 meals were ok, but my tofu was burned. I was so hungry I just tried to cut off the burned sides and ate it anyway. Eating out is expensive, so we will definitely think about our other choices next time we dine out.

The echo in True Food is not a love. Ambiance is great but the acoustics need work.

I have been going to TFK since they opened in Nashville and have always been a fan.Very disappointed to pay $9.00 for parking (2 hour minimum) as it was free before for retail parking. TFK has raised their prices on all of the food. I understand this is everywhere but did have a bit of sticker shock between the parking and the price of my lunch. Water and a Curry B owl $25.62 before tip. Food was good and service was attentive.

True Food Kitchen had been my favorite restaurant in the past. initially the server was kind to give us some time to settle before taking our order. Started with appetizer of guacamole with chips. the guacamole was fine but the chips (pita chips) were a bit chewy/stale and looked overcooked. I told our server that the chips tasted strange and she said that’s how it’s supposed to be. and offered to bring pita bread as an alternative. the pita bread was served cold not heated. the while my friend was eating her mediterranean wrap she discovered a rubber band while she was chewing. we told our server who asked the manager to come. the manager said we wouldn’t have to pay for the meal and offered a remade mediterranean wrap for my friend. and i mentioned about the chips in the guacamole and she seemed to be aware of the stale overcooked pita chips. the prices have increased much since my last visit and i’m uncertain as to whether or not i would choose to come to True Food again. Parking has changed where you get only 2 hours of free parking and due to slow serving of our main course and resolving the issue of the rubber band i got out of the parking garage with only 7 minutes to spare. A little too stressful for me. we do appreciate that the manager came to work through the problem and we weren’t required to pay for our meal. although they did bring a receipt for 1 dollar and were told that was so we could give a tip if we so desired. We did give a tip since that seemed to be expected.

Exceptional service ! Fresh and flavorful cuisine ! I had the citrus salmon salad , delicious!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the iced lavender matcha latte ! Divine!!!! So happy to be traveling across country and making a stop at True Foods along my route east to west! I took the plant based cheeseburger with me , and a side of kale salad. Perfectly prepared and packed to go! Highly recommend this Nashville location! Greeted so nicely and treated so well by my personable server! Thank you!

Food seems to have exponentially skyrocketed and the waiter was a bit odd but he was nice just kind of a little too much. We go all the time and we love sitting outside and we love the food.
