True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. The tasting menu is a great concept. All our dishes were excellent. We mentioned that the Asian salad could do with a little taste enhancer and suggest a citrus infusion maybe.

Good to have Korean Noodle Bowl back on menu. Would love to see meatloaf with mashed potatoes !

We’ve been coming to true Food kitchen for years, but yesterday we were disappointed. The salad was swimming with dressing, but that was my mistake because I usually get the dressing on the side and my husband got a power bowl with the chicken and it was one measly piece of chicken really strange

We visit True Foods regularly as it offers truly amazing organic ingredients and great tasting menu choices. Their menu prices have remained stable while most other restaurants have gone way up. They are actually very fairly priced for the organic menu they offer. From this past visit I must recommend the Chicken Parmesan which is air-fried without oil and served with spaghetti squash. It was absolutely delicious. The Edamame Guacamole appetizer was also amazing. Further, a shout out for our server Omar who was attentive and very accommodating. Great attitude and he actually enjoys what he is doing. Right on.
