    Awful experience. Seated quickly, although we were told there were no open tables outside, however it was half empty. Reservations listed, only had our names. The server brought us water and garlic ciabatta (delicious) then disappeared. She was clearly upset when we saw her later packing up her things. Another server attended to us and while hardly there, was more attentive. The garlic ciabatta arrived after dirty plates were provided to us and we had to ask for new plates to be brought to the table. Perhaps she got in trouble because someone else brought the dirty plates. The food arrived after a good 40+ minutes. It was cold as if it had sat out for an extended period - a pizza, three burgers and a chicken sandwich should not take that long when the restaurant is almost empty. Food was sent back and came back about 10 minutes later, luke warm. It was flavorless and not at all enjoyable. Considering the cost, I would have expected a significantly better meal. I'm sorry I did not pay close attention to all the complaints previously lodged.

    We enjoyed our dinner. We always love the edamame dumplings. The grilled salmon was very good and the sauce was the star of the dish.

    We have eaten at True Food several times and usually enjoyed it. This time was beyond bad! Our waiter arrived several minutes later. His demeanor was aloof and unenthusiastic. We ordered 2 adult beverages and after 10 minutes + I asked the waiter where they were. "I'll check" and several more minutes later we got our drinks without apologizing or mentioning the delay. While he did not point out the Happy Hour menu, we did find it. We ordered bites from the menu, including the chicken fingers, the cauliflower, and the cucumber side dish. Quite a bit later, we got our cauliflower. After finishing the cauliflower (because it took so long), finally, our chicken fingers arrived. They were not edible! We left the entire plates. I took a picture of the food. The waiter did not ask if anything was okay. The food was terrible. The service was awful.

    Asian chicken salad was dry and chicken overcooked and hard to chew. Pretty sorry salad for $18.45 +tip and tax.

    The food and service has always been great. Last night, service wasn’t good. The current menu at the restaurant does not coincide with the menu on OPEN TABLE. I asked the waitress if I could order the truffle with pear flatbread. She corrected me and said they don’t have that and never did. (I’ve ordered it several times in the past. And it’s also on the current OPEN TABLE menu they have under appetizers.)  After serving our food she asked if everything was good and then she went MIA. It was around 5:00PM. (The restaurant wasn’t that full/busy yet.) After finishing the sweet potato pizza, we waited forever for a check. She never once looked at our table to see if we were done and ready to pay or to refill our drinks.  I literally had to get up out of my seat and find another waiter and ask them to please print our check. He must’ve told her and then she showed up to collect the money.

    First time for lunch and want to revisit! Amazing healthy tasty food and outstanding service from Fredo! The recommended Edamame Dumplings were light and delicious as well as the seasonal butternut squash soup and Market Salad. The Market salad had roasted veggies and was tossed with the most delicious creamy apple cider vinaigrette. Highly recommend!

    Love the food here as it’s always fresh. Server was attentive and knowledgeable. Pricey for a salad and pizza though
