True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers.     Blueberry pancakes taste. Like they were from the health only aisle and had an unpleasant taste. I also didn’t understand the sour yogurt lump on top. Gross. My son’s cheesy mashed potato’s were like baby smooth. Whipped or purred and he said he could only taste Parmesan cheese. The air conditioning was dripping along the entire wall of booths. I had a blue rag on the seat next to me to catch the drops and prevent the splashing. Our server was very nice but the hostess gave her 3 big tables right after us and we sat forever waiting for her to appear and ask for the check.

    A problem, placed an order WITHOUT cheese however received the meal with cheese. Also, it took a long time to receive a refill drink order.

    We had a large group and the service was impeccable! Very friendly and timely turnaround of our order. We love all the healthy options and it suits all our family’s tastes and dietary needs.

    Poke Bowl was outstanding. But even more was the flourless chocolate cake!

    All entrées were deliciously prepared. Gluten-free options abound. Very tasty presentations. Excellent patio for our four legged friend.

    Our server had no regard for my food allergies. She acted annoyed and uneducated , rolling her eyes at every comment/question.

    I love that this restaurant focuses on healthy food, quality ingredients and its so well prepared. Sitting outside by the roaring fire was a great way to spend Christmas Eve.

    This was my birthday dinner with my son and daughter in law. Our server was really great. Even offered free dessert when he found out it was my birthday. We ordered the hummus and cauliflower appetizers and they came very quickly. My son made some modifications to the wrap he ordered and it came perfectly prepared. My daughter in law and I each had bowls which we always ordered and were yummy. We sat outside near the fireplace and it was warm and cozy for a very cool night.

    Our server was especially diligent when I told her I was allergic to curry and hot peppers. I ordered the Air Friend chicken and the manager even came to let me know there was paprika in the breading (which I can have). So considerate of both of them. Excellent service and great healthy choices of food. Will definitely go there again.
